Surah Fateha Se Hamare Bahot sare masail Hal hote hain kuch masail aapke samne pesh kiye ja rahe hain

           بِسمِ اللهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحِیم
 Allah ke name se shuru jo bahot meherban Rehemat wala hai

MASAIL

1. Jo Tasmiya Har Surat ke Shuru mein likhi hui hai wo Puri aayat hai aur Jo Surah Naml ki ayat number 30 me hai wo aayat ka ek hissa hai is aayat ko Tasmiya ya Basmala bhi kehte hain

2. Tasmiya har Surat ki shuru ki aayat Nahi Hai balke Pure Quran Ki Ek aayat Hai jise Har Surat ke Shuru Mein Likh Diya Gaya Taki 2 suraton ke Darmiyaan fasla ho jaaye isiliye Surat ke upar imteyazi shan me tasmiya likhi jaati hai aayat ki tarah mila kar Nahi likhte Hazrat Jibrail علیہ السلام jo pehle wahi laye usme tasmiya Na thi

3. Tarawih padhaane Wale Ko chahie Ki vah Kisi Ek Surat ke Shuru Mein basmala awaaz se padhe Taki 1 aayat Reh na Jaaye

4. Tilawat Shuru karne se pahle اَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّیطٰنِ الرَّجِیم padhna Sunnat hai lekin Agar Students teacher se Quran Majeed padh raha ho to uske liye sunnat Nahi hai

5. Surat ke Shuru Mein tasmiya padhna sunnat hai our agar tilawat shuru ki our waha se koi surah shuru nahi hai to tasmiya padhna Mustahab hai

               اَلحَمدُ ِلِله
Sab khubiyan Allah ke liye

MASAIL

1. Khutbe mein hamd karna wajib khana khane ke bad Mustahab chink aane ke bad sunnat Haram kam karne ke bad Haram our kabhi kufr bhi ho jata hai

             اَلرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحِیم
Bahot meherban Raham wala

MASAIL

1. Allah Ta-aala ke alawa kisi our ko رحمن kehna jaiz nahi رحیم kaha ja sakta hai

2. Agar kisika Nam Rehman ho to use Abdur Rahman Kahe Sirf Rehman kehne Wala Gunahgar hoga

            اِیَّاكَ نَعبُدُ و اِیَّاكَ نَستَعِین
Ham Tujhi ko puje our tujhi se madad chahe

MASAIL

1. Allah ke siwa kisi ki bhi ibadat karna Kufr hai

2. Kisiko ibadat ke layaq samajhte hue uski izzat karna ibadat hai is tarah Allah ke alawa kisiki bhi izzat o tazim karna kufr hai our Agar kisi ki izzat ibadat ki niyat se nahi karta to wo ibadat nahi hai

3. Aayat me jama ka lafz istemal kiya gaya hai ki ham tujhi ko puje na ye ki me tujhi ko puju lehaza Namaz Jama'at se padhni chahiye our ye hukm mardo ke liye hai oraton ke liye nahi

4. Har bande ko chahiye ki Allah ki bargah me kisika wasila pesh karke apni hajat ke liye dua kare jaesa ki Aayat me pehle zikr hai ki ham tujhi ko puje our fir kaha gaya ki ham tujhi se madad mange yaha ibadat ka wasila le kar dua mangi ja rahi hai isi tarah Surah Mayeda me Rab wasila lene ka hukm Farmata hai

یَٓاَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ اٰمَنُوا التَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَبتَغُوٓا اِلَیهِ الوَسِیلَةَ ۳۵
(Aye iman walo Allah se daro our uski taraf wasila dhundho)

Is aayat me Rab khud wasila lene ka hukm farma raha hai isi liye Dua mangne se pehle Durud'e pak padhni chahiye Qki Durude pak padhne ka hukm khud Rab ne farmaya hai lehaza Durude pak padhna bhi Beshak sawab ka kam hai our ye Hamari Hajat ke liye behtar wasila bhi

5. Madad hasil karna kisi ke wasile se ho ya bager wasile ke Haqiqi Madad Rab ke sath khas hai Bager Rab ki marzi ke koi hamari madad nahi kar sakta Koi hamari madad apni zat se nahi kar sakta ye Rab ke sath khas hai han wasila ban sakta hai our Rab wasila banne se pak hai Wasila our zariya ye Rab ke Alawa ke liye hai

         اِهدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِیمَ
Ham ko sidha rasta chala

MASAIL

1. Allah Ta-aala ne hidayat hasil karne ka bahot sara zariya ataa farmaya hai unmese se kuch aapke samne pesh kiya ja raha hai

    (1)  Insan ke zahiri our batini (Andruni) salahiyat jaese Jism ki Taqat our kisi chiz ko samajhne ki taqat jinka istemal karke wo hidayat hasil kar sakta hai
     (2) Allah ki wahdaniyat par dalalat karne wali nishaniya Aasman-o-zamin me Gor wa fikr karke insan hidayat pa sakta hai
     (3) Allah ki nazil kardah kitabe Torat, Injin, Zabur joki Quran Pak nazil hone se pahle logon ke liye hidayat ka bais(Zariya) thi our ab Quran Pak Tamam logon ke liye hidayat ka zariya hai
    (4) Allah ke bheje hue khas bande Ambiya'e karaam علیہم السلام ye apni apni qomon ke liye hidayat hasil karne ka zariya the our Hamare Nabi ﷺ Qayamat tak tamam Makhluq ke liye hidayat ka zriya hain

2. Har Musalman ko Allah ta-aala se sidhe raste par sabit qadam(Hamesha) rehne ki dua mangni chahiye is liye Surah Fateha me is tarah dua mangne ki targib(Talim) di gai hai

3. Ibadat karke Bande ko dua me mashgul ho jani chahiye

4. Sirf apne liye dua nahi mangni chahiye Balki sabke liye dua mangni chahiye is tarah dua zyada qubul hoti hai 

5. Banda jab Tak duniya me hai raste me hai marne ke bad manzil tak pahunchega jis tarah musafir Raste me apne saman wagera ki hifazat karta hai usi tarah bande ko raste me apne iman ki hifazat karni hai

صِرَاطَ الَّذِینَ اَنعَمتَ عَلَیهِم غَیرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَیهِم وَلَا الضَّآلِّینَ
Raasta unka jin par tune ehsan kiya na unka jin par gazab hua our na behke huon ka


MASAIL

1. Is aayat se ye hasil hua ki kisi imam ki taqlid (Perwi) karna sakht zaruri hai Qki is aayat me sirf صراط مستقیم par bas nahi kiya gaya balki uske sath is raste ke peshwaon(Is Raste Par Chaln walo) ki pehrwi talab karne ka bhi hukm diya gaya isse malum hua ki hamare liye Rasta bhi zaruri hai our Raste ka Rahbar bhi isme bataya gaya ki Sidha Rasta wo hota hai ki Jis per Allah Ke Nek Bande Chale hon Taba Tabain (Jo Sahaba'e Karam ko dekhen our unke zamane me hi islam qubul kiye) Se Lekar ab tak Allah Ke Sare Nek Bande Mufassirin (Quran ki Tafseer likhne wale) Mohaddisin (Hadison ko jama karke likhne wale) Aam musalman Kisi Na Kisi Imam Ke Muqallud(Paerwi Karne Wales) hi Rahe Unmese koi bhi gaer Muqallid na Guzra Maloom Hua ki Taqlid Allah ke bandon ka rasta hai Agar Taqleed karna Shirk ya haram Ho To Duniya Se Hadees mit Jaega Kyunki Sare Mohaddisin (Hadison ko jama karke likhne wale) muqallid aur muqallidon ke Shagird (Student) Hain Aur Jis Hadees Ki isnaad (Hadis Sun kar Bayan Karne wale) Mein Ek bhi Fasiq (Gunahe Kabira Karne wala) aa Jaaye vah Hadees Qabile Qubool Nahi Hoti to is Qayede ke hisab se chahie ki Jis Hadees ki isnaad me ek bhi Muqallid aa jaye wo Hadis Qabile Qubul Nahi To Bukhari Sharif, Muslim Sharif, Tirmizi Sharif Wgera ek bhi kitab nahi Padhni chahiye lekin jo Taqlid ka inkar karte hain wo bhi in kitabon ko padhte hain our badhe hi shan se in kitabon ka hawala dete hain unhe chahiye ki wo in kitabon ko na padhe qki in kitabon ko likhne Wale Muqallid (Imam ki perwi karne wale jayese shafai,  Hanfi, Maliki Wagera) hain Lehaza Taqleed Karna Nahi Shirk Hai our Nahi Haram to Taqlid yan kisi imam ki Paerwi Karna bhi jaiz hai our Sabhi Hadis ki Kitaben bhi Qable Qubul Hain
